The price is per vehicle for your private group: RMB 1,000 for a 5-seater or RMB 1,200 for a 7-seater MPV. You will not share the vehicle with other travellers.
Yes. The confirmed transport price includes your vehicle, driver, fuel, highway tolls, parking and driver waiting for the agreed hotel–Gulong Gorge–hotel route.
Yes. Our standard prices cover hotel pickup and return in all three areas. Send us your exact hotel location when enquiring.
Hotels elsewhere in Guangzhou, airport pickups and different drop-off locations are quoted separately.
No. Attraction tickets and optional activities are paid separately.
You can choose the ticket option that suits your interests. We can assist with ticket-purchase communication, but admission and activity availability are controlled by the scenic area.
Yes. Your driver waits during your visit and takes you back to your hotel afterwards.

If you specifically require an English-speaking driver, please tell us when enquiring. Availability is limited, and we will confirm whether one can be arranged and whether there is any additional charge before booking.
The standard service includes transport and waiting. You visit the scenic area independently; an accompanying tour guide is not included.
Yes. You can return when you have finished your visit. Contact your driver or our team to arrange pickup at the agreed meeting point.
This is a fixed-price round-trip service, so the price remains the same if you finish early.
For the standard 08:00 pickup, departure from Gulong Gorge is by 17:00.
If you would like to stay later, please contact us in advance. Subject to availability, additional waiting costs RMB 60 per hour, charged in 30-minute blocks.
Your hotel arrival time may change with traffic. If you leave Gulong Gorge by the agreed departure time and return directly to your hotel, we do not charge extra for traffic delays on the return journey.
Please tell us your deadline before booking. We will review the journey and help plan an earlier departure from Gulong Gorge.
A shorter visit may be possible, but hotel arrival times cannot be guaranteed because of traffic and time spent inside the scenic area. Let us know if you have a flight, train or fixed appointment afterwards.
Additional destinations and stops are not included in the standard package. Send us the place you would like to visit, and we will confirm whether it fits the schedule and any additional cost before you decide.
A small booking deposit is required to reserve your vehicle. We confirm the deposit amount and send the payment link with your booking details.
The deposit is deducted from the total. The remaining balance can be paid directly to the driver at the end of the trip by cash or Alipay.
For cancellations received before the scheduled pickup:
- 7 or more days in advance: booking deposit refunded, less any non-refundable payment-processing fees.
- 3–6 days in advance: 50% of the booking deposit refunded.
- Less than 72 hours in advance: booking deposit is non-refundable.

Attraction opening and activity availability are determined by the scenic area and may change with weather.
If weather may affect your plans, contact us before departure. We will help check available updates and discuss transport options. Please confirm any cancellation or rescheduling arrangement with us before changing your booking.
