Any extra time/distance will be discussed and confirmed before it happens.

USD amounts are approximate for reference only (1 USD ≈ RMB 7). Final quote and payment are in RMB.

What’s included

Private car and local driver for the agreed hours
Fuel within normal city and trip usage
Basic parking in common areas (hotel, markets etc.)

What’s not included

Highway tolls for longer intercity trips (if any)
Special parking fees requested by buildings or factories
Your own meals, tickets, shopping etc.

Deposit & payment

To confirm your booking, we usually ask for a small deposit:

Deposit: USD 30-50 per booking, paid by PayPal /Credit Card
Balance: Paid in RMB (cash or local transfer) during your trip

Why we use this system:

The deposit secures your car and driver for specific dates
The balance is paid locally, which many drivers and local partners prefer
You do not need to pay the full amount in advance online

Cancellation Policy

Before your trip

Cancel 7 days or more before the first service day:
→ Full refund of deposit minus PayPal fees.
Cancel 3–6 days before the first service day:
→ 50% refund of your deposit.
Cancel less than 72 hours before the first service day:
→ Deposit is non-refundable.

Changes to dates or routes

Changing your dates more than 72 hours before the first service day is usually free, depending on availability.
Smaller changes within the same day (for example, visiting a different factory) are usually fine and can be discussed with us by WhatsApp.
If changes significantly increase the distance or hours, an adjusted price may apply. We will always discuss this with you first.

If we need to cancel

If we ever need to cancel a confirmed booking (for example, due to serious driver or vehicle issues), we will:

Inform you as early as possible
Try to arrange an alternative car and driver
Offer a full refund of your deposit if we cannot provide the service

No-show & delays

If the car and driver arrive at the confirmed time and place, but you do not show up within 1 hour and we cannot reach you, the day will be treated as used, and the deposit will not be refunded.
If your flight is delayed or plans change, please tell us as early as possible by WhatsApp so we can adjust.

While we always aim to follow your plan, traffic, weather and local conditions may affect timing and routes.
By confirming a booking and paying the deposit, you accept the pricing, payment and cancellation terms on this page.
