You confirm the booking with a small deposit. We set up coordination.

Step 1 – Share your plan

Just send us your dates and a general idea of your trip.
You can write in simple English — short bullet points are perfectly fine.

Step 2 – We confirm the arrangement

We review your plan and confirm a clear arrangement before your trip.
  • Service schedule (start time and daily plan)
  • Estimated route (Guangzhou / Foshan)
  • Clear pricing based on your trip
  • Communication setup (WhatsApp coordination)

Step 3 — Your trip runs as planned

Once you arrive, we follow the agreed plan and adjust when needed.
  • Driver arrives on time each day
  • Route follows your visit plan (markets / factories)
  • Adjustments can be made during the day
  • Ongoing coordination via WhatsApp

After booking

If you are happy with the plan and quote, the next step is to confirm your booking by paying a small deposit.

Deposit & confirmation

  • We will send you instructions to pay a small deposit (usually USD 30-50 per booking) by PayPal.
  • Once the deposit is received, we confirm your car and driver for the agreed dates.

WhatsApp chat

  • Share pick-up times and locations
  • Adjust the daily route if needed
  • Help with communication between you and the driver during the trip
After confirmation, we send above info by WhatsApp or Email.

Before your trip

We confirm key details with you in advance, so everything is clear before you arrive.

Final confirmation

  • Pick-up time and hotel address are reconfirmed
  • Main stops for each day are clearly listed (markets, factories, airport, etc.)
  • Any last-minute changes can be adjusted in advance

Driver and vehicle details

We share key information with you via WhatsApp:

  • Vehicle type (sedan / MPV / van)
  • Driver’s name and basic details
  • Plate number or a photo of the car on the day

Communication support

  • English support is provided via our coordination team on WhatsApp.
  • Most drivers are local professionals, and we assist with communication when needed.

On the day of service

Pick-up

  • Your driver will meet you at the agreed time and location (hotel lobby, apartment entrance, airport arrival gate, etc.).
  • If you have trouble finding each other, you can send a message or a photo via WhatsApp, and our team will assist.

During the day

  • Ask the driver to wait at factories and markets while you have meetings or inspections.
  • Adjust the next stop or timing by messaging in the WhatsApp group.
  • Ask our team to explain any special requests to the driver in Chinese.

Extra hours & changes

  • If you need to stay out longer than planned, please let us know as early as possible.
  • Extra hours or extra distance may have additional charges. We will inform you before confirming any major extension whenever reasonably possible.

End of the day

  • At the end of the day, the driver will bring you back to your hotel.
  • If you wish to change the final drop-off (for example, to a restaurant), please tell us early enough so we can check feasibility.

After your trip

Paying the balance

Unless another arrangement was agreed in advance:

  • The remaining balance is usually paid in RMB (cash or local transfer) during or at the end of your daily trip.
  • We will confirm who to pay (driver or our representative) and the exact amount by WhatsApp/Email.

Feedback & future trips

We always welcome feedback:

  • If something went well, it helps us keep the same standard for your next trips.
  • If something could be improved, we want to know to fix it.

If you plan to return to Guangzhou / Foshan, you can simply contact us – we will still have your previous routes and preferences on file.
