From your first message to the final drop-off, this is how we arrange your car and driver for business travel in Guangzhou and Foshan.

Simple process in 3 steps

Step 1

Share your plan with us

Tell us your dates, where you stay and which factories or markets you want to visit.

Step 2

Get route & quote

We suggest a daily route and send you a clear price, with what’s included and not included.

Step 3

Pay deposit & confirm car

You pay a small deposit to secure the car and driver. We open a WhatsApp group with you and our English-speaking support.

We can work from a rough plan — details can be confirmed as you go.

Step 1 – Share your plan with us

To start, just send us a simple outline of your trip. It does not need to be perfect – we will help you improve it.

What to send us

When you will be in Guangzhou / Foshan, and which days you may need a car and driver.

Name and address of your hotel or apartment, if already known.

Names, addresses or website links of factories and markets you want to visit.

So we can suggest the right type of vehicle.

For example: child seat, extra luggage, wheelchair, or if you prefer not to use toll roads when possible.

You can write to us in simple English. Short bullet points are fine – we are used to working with busy buyers.

Step 2 – We design your route & quote

Once we receive your basic plan, we review it and suggest a simple, efficient schedule.

What we do at this stage

We look at your factories and markets in Guangzhou and Foshan and group them in a practical way

For example: which places to visit on Day 1 and Day 2, recommended start times, and estimated travel time.

If we see too many locations for one day, or long travel distances, we will tell you honestly and suggest adjustments.

We send you a price per day (or per transfer), what is included, what is not included, and any extra-hour / extra-distance rules.

Step 3 – Confirm your booking with a deposit

If you are happy with the plan and quote, the next step is to confirm your booking by paying a small deposit.

Where possible, we will share by WhatsApp:

Most of our drivers are local Chinese drivers with limited English, but our English-speaking support via WhatsApp chat will help with all important communication.

On the day of service

Pick-up

Your driver will meet you at the agreed time and location (hotel lobby, apartment entrance, airport arrival gate, etc.).
If you have trouble finding each other, you can send a message or a photo via WhatsApp, and our team will assist.

During the day

Ask the driver to wait at factories and markets while you have meetings or inspections.
Adjust the next stop or timing by messaging in the WhatsApp group.
Ask our team to explain any special requests to the driver in Chinese.

Extra hours & changes

If you need to stay out longer than planned, please let us know as early as possible.
Extra hours or extra distance may have additional charges. We will inform you before confirming any major extension whenever reasonably possible.

End of the day

At the end of the day, the driver will bring you back to your hotel.
If you wish to change the final drop-off (for example, to a restaurant), please tell us early enough so we can check feasibility.

After your trip

Paying the balance

Unless another arrangement was agreed in advance:

The remaining balance is usually paid in RMB (cash or local transfer) during or at the end of your daily trip.
We will confirm who to pay (driver or our representative) and the exact amount by WhatsApp/Email.

Feedback & future trips

We always welcome feedback:

If something went well, it helps us keep the same standard for your next trips.
If something could be improved, we want to know to fix it.

If you plan to return to Guangzhou / Foshan, you can simply contact us – we will still have your previous routes and preferences on file.
