After booking

If you are happy with the plan and quote, the next step is to confirm your booking by paying a small deposit.

Deposit & confirmation

We will send payment instructions for a small booking deposit, usually USD 30–50.
Once the deposit is received, we confirm the car and driver for the agreed dates.

After confirmation, we will share the trip info by WhatsApp/email.

On the day of service

Here’s how a typical business trip is usually coordinated during the day.

Pick-up

Your driver will meet you at the agreed time and location (hotel lobby, apartment entrance, airport arrival gate, etc.).
If you have trouble finding each other, you can send a message or a photo via WhatsApp, and our team will assist.

During your visits

Ask the driver to wait at factories and markets while you have meetings or inspections.
Ask our team to explain any special requests to the driver in Chinese.

Extra hours & changes

If you need to stay out longer than planned, please let us know as early as possible.
Extra hours or extra distance may have additional charges. We will confirm any major extension costs in advance whenever possible.

Return & drop-off

At the end of the day, the driver will bring you back to your hotel.
If you wish to change the final drop-off (for example, to a restaurant), please tell us early enough so we can check feasibility.
