Deposit & Payment

To confirm your booking, we usually ask for a small deposit:

  • Deposit: USD 30-50 per booking, paid by PayPal /Credit Card
  • Balance: Paid in RMB (cash or local transfer) during your trip

Why we keep payment simple:

  • Your booking dates are reserved once the deposit is confirmed
  • The remaining balance is paid locally during the trip
  • No large online prepayment before arrival

Cancellation Policy

We understand business schedules can change.
Our goal is to keep arrangements flexible and communication clear whenever possible.

Before your trip

3–7 days:
50% deposit refund

Within 72 hours:
Deposit becomes non-refundable

Date or Route Changes

Small route changes are usually fine when discussed in advance

Major distance, extra stops, or overtime may require price adjustment

If We Need to Cancel

We will try to arrange another car and driver first

If not possible, your deposit will be fully refunded

No-show & delays

If the car and driver arrive at the confirmed pickup point but we cannot reach you within 1 hour, the reserved service time will be treated as used.

If your flight, meeting schedule, or route changes, please inform us as early as possible via WhatsApp so we can adjust the arrangement.

Additional waiting time, overtime, or major route changes may affect the final service cost.

Additional notes

  • Traffic and local conditions may affect timing during peak hours.
  • Most drivers are local professionals. English support is coordinated via WhatsApp.
